         Enjoying your life is good but not everything you do that  is good for 
the body and that weaken your system and when it is growing weaker 
It takes a long time to see the effects so you think you are healthy 
until it manifest.
         Please there are some things you as an individual are not meant
to eat because of your system please stay away from it and live
right.
